Nova Survivors Support

Maman has pioneered multi-level support for Nova Survivors:

• Science-based therapies and mental health resources:

  • Collaboration with therapists and doctors in LA and Israel to provide neurostimulation, hyperbaric chambers, and ketamine therapy.

  • Partnership with Dr. Orli Peters from the Israel Healing Initiative to offer neurostimulation for survivors in LA and Israel, to train other providers in Israel, and most recently, to send the neurostimulation equipment to Israel.

• Maman is sought as an expert consultant regarding Nova survivor therapy.

  • Partnered with Orot to bring 120 survivors for a healing retreat in Ojai, CA.

• Collaborating with Kfar Saba Urban Farm who is a madricha to survivors, hosts weekly holistic gatherings for trauma support, acupuncture, massage, music, art, and animal therapy.

• Path & Purpose Support:

  • Connecting Nova survivors to their purpose and career: helped the Sharabi brothers establish their own nonprofit, ‘For the Wounded,’ dedicated to aiding other Nova survivors.

• Awarding micro-grants to survivors in Israel to assist with rent, therapy, legal expenses, offset medical bills, and job placement.
